Additionally, being a Pro member acts as a VIP discount pass, granting you up to a ~44% wholesale discount on Custom CSV exports and up to 30% off our curated Popular Datasets in the Data Store.
Is there a limit on brand searches?
Free users have a limited number of daily searches to experience the platform. Upgrading to the Pro Analytics plan unlocks unlimited searches across our entire database of Malaysian retail brands.
How do I download the CSV data?
You can purchase and download datasets directly from our Data Store. Once a purchase is complete, the CSV file will be immediately available for download in your Dashboard. Pro members automatically receive discounts at checkout.
How often is the demographic and spatial data updated?
Our core demographic datasets and spatial nodes are audited and refreshed on a quarterly basis. We continuously cross-reference multiple empirical data points to ensure you are analyzing the most current pedestrian and traffic flow realities in Malaysia.
Where does Scrappy get its location and market data?
We aggregate data from a blend of proprietary spatial mapping techniques, verified government open-source censuses, localized transit APIs, and our own algorithmic catchment profiling. This ensures a highly accurate, micro-geographical view of the market.
Can I cancel my Pro Analytics subscription at any time?
